Product Overview

PalmAI Max is a Palm Application Platform service built on the world-leading "palm print + palm vein" recognition technology. The platform provides not only algorithm capabilities such as palm device access, palm database management and authorization, and palm search & matching services, but also complete application capabilities for identity verification, personnel management, device management, and rule management in scenarios such as membership verification and access control.

PalmAI Max supports million-scale palm databases, mainly works with M3/M4 all-in-one devices, and supports on-device / cloud / hybrid scene strategies. It is suitable for large-scale open scenarios such as membership verification/access, and is also compatible with small- and medium-scale closed scenarios such as access control/identity verification. The mobile Mobile Palm Registration capability is a value-added optional service.

The platform includes palm device software, a mobile APP, and back-end management software, and provides APIs for customers to integrate with their own business systems.

ModuleFeature NameFeature DescriptionRemark
Palm EnrollmentMobile Palm RegistrationProvides iOS/Android dual-platform palm registration SDKs for mobile, which can be integrated into your own APP to complete palm capture and pre-registration
Provides iOS/Android demo APPs; users can download them to complete palm capture and pre-registration in the demo APP
H5 Palm RegistrationAfter the user places and captures the palm on the palm device, the device screen generates a QR code; the user scans it with a phone to open the H5 page and fill in user information to complete palm registrationUsers can develop the registration UI themselves
External Device Palm RegistrationAn external PC or Android device connects to the palm device and acts as the Host to input user information on its screen and trigger the palm device to capture the palm and complete registration; supports dual-palm registration and management, and the result page displays the user's current dual-palm registration status and provides a shortcut to register the other palmThe external device requires the user's own development
On-device Palm RegistrationThe user captures the palm on the palm device, then inputs user information on the device screen to complete palm registration; M4 devices support a 9-grid numeric keypad + PIN dual-verification registration method
Dual-Palm RegistrationSupports binding both the left and right palms to a single UserID: when registering the second palm on the device, the system automatically detects it and prompts for confirmation; mobile Mobile Palm Registration supports dual-palm pre-registration, and users can manage the left/right palm status on the "My Palms" page; the system automatically marks the Primary and Secondary palm roles
Duplicate Registration DetectionThe system automatically detects whether the same palm has already been registered to avoid duplicate registration; supports palm-direction validation in dual-palm scenarios to prevent binding the same hand twice
First-Use VerificationAfter mobile capture is completed, the last four digits of the phone number must be entered for Additional Verification on the first palm scan (can be enabled or disabled at will)
CPM QR Code RegistrationSupports the CPM device QR code registration process; the user fills in information on the mobile side to generate a registration QR code, and the device scans it to directly enter the palm capture step
CPM QR Code Additional VerificationSupports the CPM device QR code Additional Verification process; after the palm scan passes, the device turns on the camera to scan the mobile authentication QR code to complete identity verification, with a 60-second scan timeout; supports custom numeric field Additional Verification interaction; already compatible with QR code Additional Verification for legacy users not registered via Mobile Palm Registration
Mobile Login VerificationThe palm APP login page adds secondary verification after entering the phone number to improve account security

Weak/Disconnected Network Recognition AssuranceIn cloud mode, a network exception message is displayed within 3 seconds of disconnection; in hybrid mode, the system automatically degrades to on-device recognition when disconnected; adds refined network error codes to distinguish network disconnection from unregistered users; automatically resumes recognition and synchronizes features and verification rules after the network recovers
Issue ReportingSupports users actively triggering issue feedback, which is synchronized to the admin console; when a device encounters consecutive errors, it actively prompts the user to report or automatically uploads logs
Palm Print Feature ManagementOptimizes the High Similarity palm recognition strategy: under the on-device strategy, High Similarity palms are directly rejected; under the hybrid/cloud strategy, Additional Verification is pushed to verify identity; during registration, High Similarity palms are allowed to be enrolled and tagged. Adds a Palm Print feature transformation capability to support feature isolation between different customers/devices
Mobile Palm ManagementThe mobile side adds a "My Palms" management page showing the registration status of the left/right palms and the primary-palm tag; supports deleting a single palm individually, and after deleting the primary palm the other activated palm automatically becomes the primary palm; palm recognition and verification results display left/right palm information
