Palm API Documentation - Enterprise KYC

This document is the Enterprise KYC API documentation, targeting enterprise customers and providing complete interface capabilities for the device side, mobile side, and server side.

Overview

PalmAI Enterprise KYC (KYC stands for Know Your Customer) is the commercial edition designed for enterprise customers. Built on multimodal fusion recognition technology combining palm print and palm vein, it provides core API capabilities such as palm registration, 1:1 verification, and 1:N recognition, and comes with enterprise-grade capabilities including device management, scenario strategies, verification rules, the operations platform, the data dashboard, tenant management, and audit logs. The Enterprise KYC supports full-scenario deployment ranging from office building access control and campus attendance to palm payment and financial-grade eKYC, with a palm database scale supporting up to millions of records, meeting the high-concurrency, high-security, and large-scale demands of enterprise production environments.

The Enterprise KYC offers two versions, Standard and Max. Both share the vast majority of foundational capabilities and maintain unified server-side interfaces, so switching versions is transparent to the application layer. The core differences lie in the search mode and the palm database scale. If your business involves device-side recognition scenarios such as access control and attendance, with a user scale within 50,000, Standard is sufficient and offers lower deployment costs. If you need palm payment, financial-grade eKYC, a palm database scale reaching millions, or cloud / hybrid search and additional verification capabilities, choose Max. Standard can be seamlessly upgraded to Max, with data migration tools provided and no impact on application-layer interfaces.

Note: Most interfaces in this document are consistent across the Standard and Max versions; such documents are marked as "version-common" at the top. Documents with version differences (such as the Mobile Interface Description and Release Notes) provide Max / Standard tabs on the page for switching. To learn about the free version for individual developers, please switch to Community Edition.
